About BallStar

Top Level Coaching. Every Child Welcome.

We wanted somewhere affordable with high levels of coaching that kids can enjoy and learn — whilst also giving parents a helping hand with their child's development.

Why BallStar Exists

Why We
Exist

BallStar was built for the kids who don't make the academy cut — not because they lack potential, but because they haven't had the right environment to grow. We believe every child deserves top level coaching, not just the naturally gifted ones.

Our founder, Marcus Webb, brings over 15 years of coaching experience and set out to create something different: a programme that's genuinely affordable, genuinely high quality, and genuinely enjoyable — for kids and parents alike.

Our Philosophy

Fun First. Skills Always.

We believe the best coaching happens when children feel safe, confident, and excited to be on the pitch. Our approach is built on three principles:

01

Fun First

If a child loves coming to training, everything else follows. We design every session to be the highlight of their week.

02

Individual Progress

We measure success by each child's own journey — not by comparison. Every player gets personal feedback and a clear path forward.

03

Character Building

Football teaches resilience, teamwork, and confidence. We coach the whole child, not just the footballer.
