Exist
BallStar was built for the kids who don't make the academy cut — not because they lack potential, but because they haven't had the right environment to grow. We believe every child deserves top level coaching, not just the naturally gifted ones.
Our founder, Marcus Webb, brings over 15 years of coaching experience and set out to create something different: a programme that's genuinely affordable, genuinely high quality, and genuinely enjoyable — for kids and parents alike.

FA Level 2 qualified with over 15 years of coaching experience across youth and semi-professional football. Marcus founded BallStar to bring top level coaching to every child — regardless of ability or background.

A former county-level player and FA Level 1 coach, Sarah specialises in early-years development and brings infectious energy to every Tiny Kickers session.

Assistant Coach
Jordan joined BallStar after completing his FA Level 1 badge at 19. A natural communicator, he connects brilliantly with older juniors and brings fresh ideas to the Rising Stars programme.
